Appointment Policy

A credit card number is required for all bookings. A 50% deposit will be charged at the time of booking with the remaining balance due at the end of the first session. If an appointment must be cancelled or rescheduled, a 48 hour notice is required; otherwise, the 50% deposit is forfeited. A client who is more than 15 minutes late for an appointment may be asked to reschedule, and any deposit is forfeited. Please understand that procedures cannot be rushed, and, depending on schedule, other clients’ appointments may be affected.

Focus Visits are included with the initial procedure and must be scheduled within 1-3 months following the initial procedure, or charges will apply. If a Focus Visit must be cancelled or rescheduled, a 48 hour notice is required; otherwise, the Focus Visit is forfeited, and a Touch Up procedure with a 50% deposit must be scheduled.

Please reschedule if you are feeling ill or have had a fever within 24 hours of your appointment.

Please wear your face mask to all appointments. You will be asked to wash your hands and temperature will be taken upon arrival.

Pregnant or nursing women or anyone under the age of 18 will not be considered for tattooing. Please advise the technician if any of these apply. Clients will also have a lower tolerance to pain during procedures scheduled on or near menstruation.

All color fades, and your cosmetic tattoo will require maintenance. The amount of fading depends on several variables, including medications and topical treatments, but is primarily due to sun (ultra-violet) exposure; therefore, measures should be taken to protect your permanent cosmetics from the sun.
